ASG is dealing with a great number of well-known and reputable whole sellers all over Egypt according to the geographical distribution. These whole sellers are dealing directly with ASG and are forwarding our products directly to the resellers (retailers) which are our main vain in spreading our products all over the country.
Retailers
ASG has chosen a great number of retailers (almost 2000 retailers) all over the country, who gain a lot of our support in pushing our products directly to end-users, by offering them in-house training and support in addition to the promotional materials that we offer them for free like: Display Stands with light box, Shelves, Posters, Catalogues, Flyers, Give Aways in order to gain their loyalty to our company's products.
Projects
ASG has a wide experience and a good history in several projects mainly in the Hotel Industry. We have access to more than 75% of Egyptian hotels to which we offered our security solutions mainly mechanical as well as electric. Some of these hotels are: Moevenpick Hotels - Baron Hotels - Saint Stefano - Conrad Hotel - Sheraton Hotels - Sonesta Hotels…
In addition we have a good experience in several tourist villages like the ones in the Northern Coast - Sharm El-Sheikh - Hurghada.
Export
Through our experience with export activities, we have come to the conclusion that exporting is far beyond the task of just penetrating new markets. It is a school of its own, where companies are challenged by new management techniques, latest technological achievements and continuous race for quality improvement. In such a highly competitive environment, the high quality product offered at a challenge price and supported by a professional after sales service, is the sole survivor. Reaching such a product combination is a challenging task for any exporter. At ASG we have started to attack the foreign market in 1985 with a couple of foreign countries.
At the beginning of 2001 our strategy was expanding of our foreign market for our products that suits their needs. And because of our good reputation, our wide experience and our long history in the lock industry we succeeded to have presence for our products in almost 30 countries with almost 35% of our total production.
